Simple question: Who is better?

Is one of these ninjas any usefull to make a 4* or should i just get them both for the collection.

  • Someone posting earlier saying how 8 gates Lee was really bad compared to the gnw lee you get later on or something along those lines. Choza looks better from f2p perspective but if you can afford both for collection why not get both? Also Choza was on monthly login in Germany i think so i dunno.
Im a paying player and im prepared to spend a lot on dices, so I will get a lot of Shuriken event points as well. That's why I was asking. I think I will just get both and then get one of them a 4*. Thanks for the help.
