2 Star Kiba's skill can cause repulse to the entire team, can 2 separate repulse combos be initiated from this?

Only if you have 2 separate characters that chase repulse. Which would probably be a waste for the rest of the combos of your team :p

So assuming i have Kiba cause team repulse, and i have 2 characters that chase repulse.

They wont chase different characters?

What's the point of team repulse then.
