The buffs stack fine, if you do world boss with buff stack team compared to one without the difference is very clear.

World boss has big numbers so it's easy to see difference when it's between 800k and 900k, compared to Kakashi clone where it will be something like 1100 and 1150 and you can just dismiss it as rng.
