I don't remember that one too terribly well - but get Iruka in there. He gives a shield - more damage and can interrupt. I can't remember if thats the one where you fight just Hidan or Hidan and Kakuzu but normally you save Hidan for last, just keep interrupting his mystery if he's about to pop it. Otherwise if you don't blitz down the rest of whatever you're facing he will just pop back up.
