talents stone fist (will need interrup), petrifying aka shield (the only basic you need as earth XD), chase stone fist, enhancement of earth (yamato - kakuzu damage sky rocket) and steel body summon gamachu.
PS: I messed up with the image, just swap kakuzu and tsunade.
