Mystery: Iron Fist Attack
Cause Ninjutsu and Taijutsu damage and Knockdown to the selected enemy with High Combo.
CD: 2 rounds
Battlefield CD: 1 round
Chakra use: 20
Additional status: Knockdown, High Combo

Standard: Minefield Jutsu
Attacks the front enemy and causes Ignition and launch Double Combo has a chance of causing High Float.
Chase: Large success of bomb setting!
Chase and Attack the Knocked Down enemy and cause Ignition and Low Float.
Passive: Tangenen
Increase the probability of Mystery skill attack evasion rate, triggered once at most each round.
Passive: Unyielding
When you die, there's a chance of resurrection and returning to battle. This can be triggered once at most during combat.


My thoughts:
Do i really have to talk about Tobi? It's Tobi! One of the strongest F2P character out there. He hit's like a truck, is incredibly slippery with his passives and has Ignition for days. One thing i noticed tho is that he can't dodge Crimson Fists's Knockdown mystery for some reason.
I also heard he might be getting a nerf soon, not sure what that nerf is tho.
