Off the top of my head you can try out the Shikamaru Control comp made by XYZDream as you already have the necessary members for it. Fire main, Shikamaru2*, Tobi, Naruto 3* using the Gamachu summon.

A warning though, it is not a team meant to be used in Auto mode and requires a degree of skill, particularly in identifying the priority targets for each enemy comp you come across, as well as performing a delayed mystery activation depending on the position of enemy healers, if they have one. Nevertheless it's a good comp to use and it will definitely improve your PVP battling sense.

As for lightning the only one I can think is the Curse-Root comp although you don't have the members for it yet. It requires Kimimaro3*, Jugo, Sasuke3* and the Ninja Cat summon. Since Jugo is available on the current event and he's farmable maybe you can try farming him along with the ninja cat and additional Kimimaro frags to upgrade his stars.

In place of the Serpent if you don't have it you c*e the White Snake, will reduce your combo link by 1.

the "?" can be any of the 3 depends on you but generally, Anbu Assault when doing instances/dailies or if you just want that HP leech, Warrior's Intent for extra damage and is deadly when facing clone spammers.
