After I read skill book upgrade this is my personal list. I actually not play other versions that much but well. Here it is with our current version ninjas
Konan, Hidan, Suigetsu, Kurenai, Hashirama, Tobirama, Itachi, Orochimaru Traitor, Kimimaro, Kabuto, Tenmari all version except normal, Gaara, Hinata all version, GNW Tenten, Neji, GNW Lee, Sakura all version except normal, Sasuke all version, Naruto all version.

What do you mean by only available from events? I just name you a bunch of ninjas that can be obtain via events. All ninjas will be obtainable sooner or later no matter he/she was exclusive to event or not.
Like Tobirama, rn he can only obtain by event but there is nothing make sure that he will alway stay like that. I heard some said he will be avaiable in treasure later.
You need ninjas that can stand the test of time. I named you few I personal think they do. If you just want exclusive ninjas to feel special then all ninjas with event-gain label are for you. Just go train and click ? *on.

I mean most of ninjas I listed above are from event, at least for now and near future events: Konan, Hashirama, Tobirama, Itachi, Orochimaru Traitor, Hinata except normal, GNW Tenten, GNW Lee, Sakura except normal, Sasuke and Naruto.
They all are or were from event, it's not just about get them but also upgrade their stars and later you can exchange their extra fragments for skill book. Like Orochimaru Traitor c*e his skill right off the bat after skill book upgrade or Itachi become extremly hard to hit and return everything your enemy throw at him to them.
Yea right now Itachi can be farm but remember his fragments come from the hardest shop.
To stand the test of time you can't just rely on 3 stars exclusive ninjas but you also need to power up them.
IDK what "only avaiable from event" term mean. Like Tobirama right now he is only from event but later he can access from other events and treasure then he will lose the "only avaiable from event" label right? So what is the point?

*? You asked I answered and also explained that the term exclusive is something you can't predict. Right now it maybe exclusive but in the future? Nobody know. Don't base things on other versions. We are not them.
Only worth and not worth ninjas. And there are ninjas worth getting in event right there on the list. Read again.
