Kabuto is a good replacement for Sakura, Hinata for Naruto and Kakashi for Sasuke. Note: This is for high single target burst. There are different optimal comps depending you the strategy you choose to take.
this is what i have been using for a while now, but i have only my main for aoe dmg. so replaced hinata with shino(great war) and its going good. lotsa clones to tank their standard attack and main's mystery increases clones dmg too. and esp shino interrupts and gains chakra which is useful for the next round.
