How did you know Konan was going to be on the shop?

  • Is the battle armor rebate bugged? I am at rank 3 yet I can't receive any of the gift packs.
Event description: get rewards by upgrading your armor to the required level during the event.

So you can only claim it, if you've managed to upgrade your armor from October 27 - October 3 (before maintenance/update)
