Since her chases don't do that much damage she isn't actually as good as people think she is also relatively fragile

You need 1600 points to get her i think and you get between 5 and 10 points from landing on different places on the grid and 1 dice is 20 coupons . I dont think you got enough . Events come back though so you can eventually get her if you really want her. I dont think this is the best event to get ninja on its more about collecting various things off the grid. This event is great for getting lots of magatama and scrolls at value price the ninja frags are more of an extra if you wanna save for ninja frags the sage treasure with discount is probably better event.
