[ Advanced Master ] High Combo doesnt necessarily mean good strategy

Ive been looking through a lot of these strategy shares, and i see people focusing really heavily on High Combos. Yes, high combos can do a lot of damage, but they're essentially glass cannons. They can break very easily. Strategies should be more well rounded. I posted a strategy as well, and it only has up to 6 combo, but it's very consistent. It carries defensive elements, CC, and counter mechanism. This game is very in depth and people should really try to utilize more of the mechanics.

Sorry if this sounded like a rant, im really just praising the game for it's depth and strategical elements.

Yea, but theres also a lot of fun tactics. I ran Kidomaru Gaara and Kabuto. all 2 stars. Kido the tank, Gaara the second tank but also massive dmg. Then kabuto to stall for kido's 27k arena shield LOL. My main was just there cause it had to be/

    0 cc = ur gona lose
    tank members team = large rounds battle it means ur gona lose.
uh wat? In arena, Kido takes all the hits, and gains defence/resist. He takes every auto attack and also gains defence and resist from Kabuto, because kabuto does 1dmg to him each time. Once he starts his shield, his shield tanks dmg and he gains more resist and defence. If you break his shield, his new resistance stat will create a stronger shield. To the point that you cant break his shield and he just gains to 20k shield.

Next, every 3 turns. Gaara channels his sand burial, 5K to entire team.

My main is there to do about 2-3k to the entire team.

Kabuto heals kido. Since i take barely any dmg, and deal massive to the other team. I win by more hp after 10 rounds

  • The thing with Kabuto damaging by 1 Kido's shield to increase his strenght its just genial...
its a blessing, when i got kido, i was expecting good things, then i realized kabuto can boost his res and def. and i was like GG, this game isnt even fair.

    like if you use Sai + Kabuto, not super many combos, but....
    all the puppets gonna make you survive for centuries :lol

    Other teams, might add a lot of debuffs instead of combos, like burn + poison is really powerful Dots.
I posted a team that counters the Mirror Genjutsu. Using kabuto and sai. Consistent 6 combo team, each round has 2 chances to trigger the 6 chain combo

  • In Arena with Earth Main I use Iruka, Gaara, Nine Tails Naruto, I use the abilities Pose of Duel, Super Lightning Boulder Jutsu, and Petrifying Jutsu. With this team I have both high damage, and high defense. I have long battles but that is okay better than losing :D This post was last edited by Tezu at 2016-8-1 00:46
Iruka and Nine Tails naruto... Nuff said... I really dislike them, i wouldnt honor you if you called them a strategy.
