yeah, Naruto, Sakura, Sasuke plus main is pretty solid. Sakura chases your giant rasengan into Sasuke's combos and if you use the wind style *ing low-float-to-high float chase on your main you will bridge Naruto's basic attack into Sasuke's combo as well or you c*e the 10-hit+ combo with gust dance main move

If you want to try the start of a control team, try Hinata, Shikamaru, Ino. Hinata chases your giant rasengan's repulse, and knocks down the target, which triggers Shikamaru which triggers Ino. Don't think they quite make it 10 hits though, and you'all want to include shoot-down rasengan so you can still immobile if Hinata dies. Hinata is a great tank to have it front though, at every level, so should stop some attacks hitting your team turn 1 and when you can two star Ino, she will also heal a bit.
Setup should probably be a bit like this:

Shika - Main - Hinata
Ino - x - x
x- x - x

When you c*e the passive talent "Multi-Shadow Clone Jutsu" you'll get clones to protect Ino further but you also have "Flower Guard" to buff her and Hinata

Nah, ultimately one of the best wind teams in the game mid to high level is fully FTP (Hinata, Karin, Kurenai) so not a problem and it's only really top end stuff that might require a hard to get ninja
