I personally think that Fire Specialize in Control. So i would use gnw ino, and shikamaru with some other dude.
Make sure you have Immobile talent, and sleep standard with genjutsu mirror
Change the other talents to whatever you think helps best. -

Do you have gnw ino? if you do you can try shikmaru, ino gnw, and someone else (preferably Iruka if you have him) -
