If your leader has been inactive, and will not distrubute GNW rewards what should I do?

In 7 days of inactivity, you can impeach the leader. But your rewards might expire by that time.
But, if he's just doesn't want to distribute rewards... i suggest you leave and find a better group.
If impeach can leadership be transferred? I don't want to leave before rewards get distributed. I may have mis phrased, I meant he is not online to distrubute and I'm pretty sure he quit. -
