Hello,

so where so I should start ?

Hmm, maybe about EU market ? What makes you think this game or company is trying to enter EU market ? Even thought they are part of it for some time already. This is English version of the game, not EU version of the game. Those are 2 different things you should know. There is German version of the game and you can call that as EU version, even thought I don't know what is up with this EU market thing. And this is funny because you said "In short if you didnt inform the community about it, you are violating one of your own rules about gaming and ofc Eu market." Could I please get a copy of those rules of EU market ? I am really interested to see them. Another funny thing, how is it possible that this game or company is violating rules of EU market if "game got denyed more than 1 times to enter Eu market". That is not possible if game is not part of this so called EU market.

------

This is a bit crazy but feel free to report or sue this game/company. I just don't know what exactly you want to report and to who ? EU market director ?

------

About server merges. As I stated in of the topics on the forum today, our team is aware of the problem with inactivity and we will merge servers pretty soon. However, at the moment I can't provide specific date.

------

What exactly is greedy about this game ? That company wants profit from it's product ? That's like saying owner of the shop with food refused to give you for free food because you are hungry, he is greedy. This is game is really free to play friendly, players just needs to stop being lazy and actually do something. So far, all I can see is a lot of hate and whining on forum.

-------

Oh and by the way, I never heard about rules that states developers or admins are supposed to share everything about how game and it's features are working.

Anything else you would like to know ?

  • I was just wondering what do you mean by "Stop being lazy and actually do something."? I am a free to play player who is actively involved in the forums and in game. I have been playing on my server since day one, run my own group, make sure to do all my dailies, and participate in every daily event. Even though I do as much as I can (I think all I can at least) there are still paying players that are just out of my reach that I can never compete against.
When did I say all of our free to play players are lazy and are unwilling to do something for their game experience ? I do know that there are players like this (like you) who are working really hard to achieve something, their goal.

But most of the times when I see players complaining they are that part of community that thinks they are supposed to get everything for free, whenever they want just because they want it.

Hope my previous comment is more clear now.

  • Guys i think the point of this thread isn't p2w vs f2p, it's more that we don't get told get crap just that we are being listened to. This is an over reaction for sure, but some transparency would be nice, we are not asking for addresses of all oasis games employees but things like key drop rate, combat mechanics, stuff like events 1 week ahead of time and not moments before patch.
"stuff like events 1 week ahead of time and not moments before patch." - That won't happen. What games does something like this ? And it's not moments before maintenance. It is at least few hours before maintenance (of course Hong Kong time).

  • Hello,

I noticed the paragraph about "This is game is really free to play friendly, players just needs to stop being lazy and actually do something", I do everything I possible can do as a f2p player each and every day. While I understand a bit of the draws, might be luck I'm not able to compete with someone who can pay for "event" ninjas and has power from things like "fully" leveled up ninjas / battle armor and clothing. I understand that you may mean some people don't do everything they can to get the most out of their f2p time, but I have to disagree. It's not a friendly f2p game when there are events, for example, like this current one. Where I can't get any of the ninjas here given the 11 possible keys I can get daily even if they magically gave me 6 points each. That's saying you "get" all the keys (drop rate needs looking into). I feel there should be some consideration in the moderator's to give constructive feedback in regards to quite a few of the events. Basically what I'm saying is, it kind of upset me to hear the f2p player's being called lazy... when there are a lot of us who are definitely not.

    Sincerely,

    LiliannEbon - Asuma
** EDIT ** this was posted after Daiske second post clarifying the initial post, no need to reply to this one, but I will leave what I said because it's how I feel.

No worries ! I will gladly reply to your comment just to clarify more things.

There are events that are for paying customers. We also need to and have to satisfy everyone - Free to play players and paying players. There are items that may be available only to paying players but that is how it is supposed to be. Customers are paying for something, they want to have some kind of advantage and I don't see anything wrong about it.
But later on even these items that are available only to paying customers (at the moment) will become available to everyone later on.

  • You said it in your 4th paragraph of your original comment in this thread. Also I think that you are misunderstanding a lot of F2P player's concerns. It's not that they want stuff for free, but rather they want the chance to earn instead of buying. Right now the game is set up so that you either buy your way to the top, or save coupons for upwards of 8 months to buy things that P2P players can get with their wallets. Sometimes F2P players don't get any chance at P2P items, like the blade that was being sold for 699 ingots. F2P players as of now can't get a ninja tool blade.

This hyper generalization and alienation of the F2P player base needs to be taken care of. I understand how it must feel being a mod that has to listen to all the complaints, but rather than chalking everything up to "whining" (also something you said in 4th paragraph) take it as feedback and take a good look at the concerns.
There is reason why things like blade are being sold for 699 ingots. That is that advantage that paying players can receive. Later on all players will be able to receive this blade for free.

It has been said that we will update shops in 2 weeks. More ways how to receive more free things !

You can be sure that us, mods, are reading every single suggestion (and even complaints) and we are providing them to the rest of our team.

  • Your publishers Bandai have a game called "One Piece Treasure Cruise", they let people know about events sometimes a month a head of time.
But we are not One Piece Treasure Cruise (but that is good example, never knew about this).

We received feedback from players and as you can see, we were announcing new events after maintenance, not before.
