Honestly, this is just some nonsense I'm writing down, being stuck with a Game Programming Science degree has left my mind buzzing with ideas. So what would you guys think if they ever make a Tier 2 of Main Characters? They can't be selected at the opening, and are only unlocked when you can select new characters at level 60. Here are some ideas I can think of, if they ever release Tier 2 characters.

Fire Main T2 would be more of a Tanky Single Target DPS version of Fire Main T1's Control AoE DPS style. He would focus on dishing out Ignitions while taking hits, or focusing on taking hits to the point of suicide.

Jutsu 1 - Decoy Bomb: Taunts the enemy team and dodges attacks, causing Ignition to enemies that attack him.
Jutsu 2 - Big Kaboom: Taijutsu/Ninjutsu attack on up to 4 enemy ninja, causes Repulse to target.
Jutsu 3 - Firebomb Combo: Taijutsu/Ninjutsu attack that triggers high combo and Ignition to target enemy.

Standard 1 - Taijutsu Combo: Taijutsu attack, Up to 3-hit combo that causes Repulse.
Standard 2 - Cherry Bombs: Taijutsu/Ninjutsu attack that has chance to cause High Combo.
Standard 3 - High Explosives: Taijutsu/Ninjutsu attack with a chance to cause High Float.

Chase 1 - Airborn Bomb: Taijutsu/Ninjutsu attack Low Float > High Float, causes Ignition.
Chase 2 - Repulse Grenade: Taijutsu/Ninjutsu Attack High Float > Repulse, causes Ignition.
Chase 3 - Knockdown Bomb: Taijutsu/Ninjutsu Attack Knockdown > Low Float, causes Ignition.

Passive 1 - Explosive Reaction: Increases self Ninjutsu/Taijutsu, but hurts self before every attack.
Passive 2 - Interruption: Basic attacks cause interupt against enemy ninja.
Passive 3 - Fire Boost: Boost up to 3 Fire Ninja by 40%.
Passive 4 - Final Explotion: Revives on death, replacing Mystery and Basic Attack with a suicidal attack.
Passive 5 - Secret Ingredient: Basic Attacks cause Ignition, heals self with basic attacks.
Passive 6 - Revolution of Art: Team's Ninjutsu Attacks increases their Ninjutsu/Taijutsu.
----------
Wind Main Tier 2 would be a Taijutsu focused attack based on the 'Breath Style' that was featured in filler in the Naruto anime. Focused more on sustain damage than heavy spike damage, many of the abilities focus on maintaining chakra levels.

Jutsu 1 - Rapid Punch: Taijutsu attack that causes Repulse and deals extra damage with Higher Chakra.
Jutsu 2 - KO Punch: Taijutsu attack that causes damage based on enemy missing HP and High Float.
Jutsu 3 - Hurricane Attack: Taijutsu/Ninjutsu that attacks up to 9 enemy bodies, and knockdowns target.

Standard 1 - Taijutsu Attack: Taijutsu attack that has chance to cause High Combo.
Standard 2 - Heavy Punch: Taijutsu attack that causes Repulse.
Standard 3 - Breath Style: Recovers health based on Teams chakra and remove 1 condition.

Chase 1 - Seven Heaven's Style: Chase High Float into Repulse, damage based on teams Chakra.
Chase 2 - Repulse Punch: Chase Repulse into High Float with Taijutsu Attack.
Chase 3 - Breath Stealing Technique: Chase Knockdown to High Float and steals 20 Chakra.

Passive 1 - Chakra Swallowing: Chakra recovery heals self by 10%.
Passive 2 - Leaching Style: Team's attacks heals based on % of damage done.
Passive 3 - Wind Boost: Boosts 3 Wind Ninja by 40%.
Passive 4 - Breath Style Combat: User's Mystery abilities cost to mana and have no cooldown if user has 80 or more Chakra.
Passive 5 - Breath Stealing Style: Steals 20 Chakra on attacks, triggered up to twice per turn.
Passive 6 - Swift Movements: Triggers a Taijutsu attack before every action, triggers up to twice per turn.

----------

What do you guys think? Do you guys have any ideas for Tier 2 ninja if they are ever released?

I'll admit, I'd like a wind alt that plays around with high float more perhaps.

Another thought (going along the same lines you are using) would be to have alt-weapons styles available for the mains which may unlock only 1 additional move per tier, or perhaps 2 and share 1 from the previous weapon set.

To use Wind as the example (as it's fairly straightforward a class)

Wind-blade style (replaces fan with Asuma's chakra blade or a sickle weapon like Kamatari).

Mysteries: Wind Blade Dash (strike all opponents for Tai/Nin damage and cause Tag to target), Wind-Style Nerve Cut (cause high Tai/Nin damage and immobilise to single target) ((could also just repeat Baki or Asuma Wind Blade mystery)). Dance of Impetus as normal.

Attacks: Shadow-Clone Jutsu as normal, Basic Tai (chance of triple combo and knockdown/float) Wind-Blade (attack an additional time, also attack tagged enemy before each action, can be triggered twice each round)

Chase: Shoot-Down Rasengan as normal, Chakra Blade (as Water/Kabuto knockdown to High-Float and/or Acupuncture), Decapitation Sweep (Chase Immobilised enemy and cause knockdown and Tag)

Passive: Blade Edge (raise attack of all sword wielding ninja by 30%), Wind Defence (Shield based on own Resistance to all Wind members at start of combat and before each action as Gaara), Enhancement of Wind as normal

Passive: Multi-Shadow Clone Jutsu as normal, Assurance (Raise Atk and Nin if full health), *ysis (Lower Def and Resitance of one target each round)

Basically, keeps the 'feel' of the class while adding a bunch of options. All just ideas. Enjoy. This post was last edited by Tzatziki at 2016-10-24 08:34

True, that would be a cool concept, and would alow them to add new weapons without adding more characters. Though, you'ed have to admit that a female bomber fire main that looks like Deidera's sister would be hot (pun intended).
Another Idea would be to add secondary chakra natures or Kekkei Genkai mains. 10 new characters that each have the element combos. Would play something like Garra or Haku, weak against 2 elements but strong against another two. What KG is good against Lightning and Fire? (Its not Haku's, is it?)
