So one of the teams is 3* Hinata, 2* Tenten, and 3* Kurenai The other team is 3* Naruto, 3* Sasuke, and 2* Sakura Both teams work quite well but I don't know which one would be a better choice Reply

Go for team seven until you have alot more characters to choose from.

As Obito said, * with team 7 'till you have lots more ninjas to choose, but I can give you some recommendations, for example:
Option 1:
Sasuke - X - X
Main - Hinata - X
Karin - X - X
2-1-3-1-1 / Summoning: Chameleon
Option 2:
X - X - X
Sasuke - Hinata - X
Main - Tobi - X
3-2-2-1-1 / Summoning: White Snake
Option 3:
X - X - X
Kurenai - Main - Hinata
Karin - X - X
2-3-1-2-2 / Summoning: Ninja Dog Shiba
Or this version:
Kurenai - Hinata - X
Karin - Main - X
X - X - X
2-2-1-1-1 / Summoning: Chameleon / Ninja Monkey
