So, there is it. There are 3 requirements for this to pull off though:
Firsrt, you can't let any ninja die.
Second, you should be able to kill off Deidara (Zone 2) in 2 round. You can take longer, but that will cost you extra HP, which is bad.
Third, and most important, you must be able to kill off Hidan (Zone 4) in 2 round. No way around it since if you let him off the *, he will AoE your entire team with his standard attack.

Role of ninja
Main: Meat shield, Interruption
Azuma: Damage dealer. His Flying Swallow is completely free after round 3, so he can spam mystery non-stop for almost the entire fight if you do it right. Note that in each zone, there is a fast ninja (Deidara, Kakuzu, Pain Animal Path) and a slow ninja (Sasori, Hidan). The slow ninja's mystery have very low priority so you should aim and cast Flying Swallow right after Azuma using it so it will be always free. Therefore, in this guide, you will see I tell you to let Azuma go twice in a row, or go when he can't. Most of those are for the next round, not the current round. Basic strategy
Zone 1: Zetsu - Just take as less damage as possible
Round 1: Kabuto | GNW Neji on Zetsu No.2.
Round 2: Azuma on Zetsu No.1 | Main on Zetsu No.4
Round 3:Wait for Zetsu No.3 to release mystery | Kabuto
Round 4: GNW Neji on Zetsu No.2.
At this point, those Zetsu are dead, or disabled. Use skill if you need extra damage, otherwise save it. Just make sure to take as less damage as possible.
Zone 2: Deidara and Sasori
Round 1:Azuma onDeidara | Azuma onDeidara, again | Save Main | Kabuto | GNW Neji onDeidara
Round 2:Main on Sasori | Azuma onDeidara if he is not dead yet, otherwise save it | Kabuto | GNW Neji onDeidara if he is not dead yet, otherwise save it
At this point, Deidara should be dead. PutAzuma andGNW Neji to rest, only use Kabuto and Main onDeidara. Keep hitting that puppet and heal back your HPuntil you kill it.The puppet is gone. Round 1: Azuma on Hidan | Azuma on Hidan, again | Main on Hidan | GNW Neji on Hidan if available | Wait forPain Animal Path to attack | Kabuto
If you do it right, Hidan will attack on the clones and drain his own HP. In Round 2,Azuma should be able to finish him off.If he is not dead yet,GNW Neji on Hidan if available. If he is still not dead yet, well this guide is useless for you.
Round 2: Azuma on Pain Animal Path | GNW Neji on Hidan, otherwise save itRound 3:Azuma on Hidan | Wait forPain Animal Path to attack | Kabuto | Save Main andGNW Neji
