I usually just go through it with my Main team and sometimes I use a "throwaway" team in Stage 12 to kill a couple ninjas. That team is Kimimaro, guy, Orochimaru and tsunade. formation varies depending who I'm facing but most of the time it's a typical Fire lineup so mine goes like this:

Kimimaro *x *x
Tsunade Guy Orochi
*x *x *x

Kills off the mandatory Hinata quite surely and most of the time kills another one(iruka being the usual suspect) while bringing the enemy main to at least half HP before dying off. Then I bring in my main team and clean house before we even get to round 2.

There's currently no Earth main that pops there for me so I don't use DoTs but I suppose if there was such a team I'd use:
