From yesterday, we received feedback from players that a few servers faced issues concerning the request timeout bugs of Group Plunder.
Firstly, we would like to take this time to apologize to you for the problems that you faced yesterday.
Secondly, issues concerning not being able to enter or entering Group Convoy or Group Plunder and then failing to advanced are all known by our team.
Lastly, we would like to inform you we are currently aware of the situation that happened yesterday, thus being now investigating the cause of it so that we can have it fixed as soon as possible.
We offer our apologies for this issue that has been happening since the weekly update, we will be sending compensation gifts for what happened.
We would also like to add that we appreciate your patience and we are thankful for your support.
