Yeah, get him. He's basically an inferior Kankuro, since his mystery does a ton of damage, but no debuffs.

With poison tai, you get several stacks of poison tho, so there's that. Akamaru's also really god* bulky, so that's a plus. No matter what you do, you'll probably end up eating 1 or 2 of Kiba's mysteries before Akamaru (or Kiba) goes down, which I like better than Kankuro, who I can basically keep useless by killing his puppet with Lightning Assassination Sword as a Lightning main.

He's also the only one you can either get for free, or with minimal spending.

I've done the calculations on a separate thread, and at most, you're spending 6 bucks to get him, and that's if you have no fragments to begin with. It should be easy to get him.

If you don't want him, then don't get him. That's basically been the gist of this game since the beginning. Also, where did you hear that the shops are going to have GNW Kiba?

For now, we don't know what will pop up in the shops. There's a possibility that GNW Kiba will appear in the shops, and that would be pretty cool, but there's also an equal possibility that he will not.

Unless you can direct me to one of these old youtube videos that shows this update? The old china shop had everything from Sage Naruto fragments to GNW Sai, so my first inclination is to take your word with a grain of salt, unless there is a time-mark showing me that I'm the idiot here?

I'm certain a lot of people would like to know. So far, all I know is that the updates that Germany got long ago had people like Deidara, Sasori, Itachi, and Konan for 1500 coins per 5 fragments. And even then, that update may not even be the update we're getting.
