  • It actually is, pretty sure it's the rarest chase in game. Currently only Choza, Jigokudo, and 2 Kakashis have it and only very few p2w ninjas will come with it later on.
better teams can be built without it

  • Because it's look cool okay? Kirin is one of the four legendary beast in asia culture, others are Dragon, Phoenix and Turtle. Well in some country they do change Kirin to White Tiger or something, i don't really know.

    Sum : He is expensive because he has legendary beast theme and he look cool. End of the story.
