This is for my main account.
At first, I thought I had forgotten my password. So I changed that.

But, when I go to log in, it displays this message in the image below.

I also do not know my UID because I would not expect this to happen. I can give you my email address if that is needed.

Can you guys fix this?

Please log out from all accounts (Oas account, forum account, Facebook account) and clear your cache. After that, open only our game and try it again.

It did not work.

Forgot to mention that the client also did not work. The error message from the client: "Incorrect user name or password"

Yes, I am using google+.
But, this is not my main account. This is a backup account, I guess.

My main account does have the same email as this backup account, but is not using google+. Could the same email be the problem?

When Naruto Online started, I created an account without google+. Then something happened to my main account and it somehow allowed me to create a google+ account with the same email as my main.

Should I not have done that?
