spending here gives you advantages over players who don't no matter the amount so either you do it as a support for the game or not you should consider your self a pay to win. and oasgames are publishers they did not develop this game. there are a lot of free players at high levels already competing with casher in servers, free players who spent 0$ and yet putting a fight or even winning against cashers, its quite a disgrace to them to call yourself free to play like them when you spent even cent to the game. just saying :)
