I'm also having trouble getting keys Sourav, and from the a few other threads I've seen that have popped up we aren't the only ones. It has been said by Daiske in a customer service thread that it's not bugged there is just a "luck" factor some of us aren't hitting.

Now while I do believe him and understand that luck is obviously a factor, I'd still like to say that it's very disheartening to experience. It's my second day of this event and I'm really struggling to hit those 10 keys with my stamina, and because of this there are other elements of the game I am overlooking at the moment; like Strong Approaches for example. So currently my feedback of this event would not be great with how it seems to be functioning, and that's a shame because I actually like a lot of the rewards, and planned on buying more keys initially.

I get that Shadoblaze, and I also don't think your opinion is wrong even though I don't entirely agree. My main point, and I hope you can see it from my perspective, is that the event is a little too "luck" based for me to enjoy. I'm not asking for anything crazy, just providing feedback. The fact of the matter is at the moment I do not have the stamina to both farm for keys, and partake in other aspects of the game like Strong Approaches. I'd like to add that while my feedback of the key event unfortunately remains very much the same after several more days of it, that I have been enjoying the Survival Trial event this week.

I don't know if it was a change based on feedback from the arena event in the previous week, or if it was always intended for this event, but it's definitely appreciated having those repeatable missions everyday. Rewards aside, because there will probably always be someone who will want more, but I personally think it's a nice bonus and feels pretty good to have something else to accomplish each day. Hope we can see more of this type of thing in the future, and for me the arena event would have also benefited from a similar structure.
