Haku could be a serious threat if used right, the downside is if the barrier gets wiped by another barrier he's basically useless, and getting a barrier off w/o getting stunned is another problem.

you need to be able to create 40 chakra in the first round; stun then barrier = Haku could be a threat. just my opinon
