Well my experience he is good on early levels and later im using him in ranked battle he has insane damege both tai and nin but yes he cant kill enemy and he is very squishy low hp low def and every single match every round enemy team first target is haku all time all rounds but if he can survive some rounds he destroying enemies hp.
