Kabuto is a way better healer and the most used healer in this version of game because of double healing and dead souls to take some attack hit.

Karin is a combo maker in early fire main teams with her perfume spray after 10 hits and poison. So she can be good if paired with poison teams but later i haven't seen her in many teams.
