Im a f2p and I dont get seal scrolls very often is there a good way for a f2p to get some? I have 7 a the moment and Im level 67 and I dont know what to spend them on because I know if id spend them on Tendo ill just get kakashi or guy, Ive gotten zabuza 7th swordsman and kakashi from Tendo box. But should i save them up for level 70 sage box? Or should i pull from seal treasure? Also what are the drop rates of th listed ninjas between the three?

Well for sage treasure it seems that you need to do 4x10 6x10 minimum for a rare listed on the draw and 40x10 for sasori , for the tendo idk must be the same , but you get more chances from sage treasure considering u got only 3 ninjas from sage listed
