This is what i used at the time to beat it.

Kisame and Itachi should die from auto/combos.
Round 1: Hinata mystery
Round 2: Use Dragon Flame Jutsu on Sasori (if your mains clone dies before Hidan c*e his ability on it, restart)
Round3: Use your second Dragon Flame Jutsu on hidan and activate Sasuke's Mystery. (let kakuzu use his mystery on you)
Round 4: Use Sasuke's Mystery on Kakuzu and use Kankuro's mystery (you will need the puppet to defend against Deidara)
Round 5: From here you should be able to finish them off.
