for anyone to be able to help we kinda need more then refines and power, like what team he used is a realy good start, some ninjas like tobi guy i know do realy high dmg and haku also can do insane dmg, so if you remember the team it would be alot easier for anyone to help :)
and for who go first its based invitive and move probly more there after but after some tests its bascily

move 1 : 840 vs 860 = 860 go first
move 2 : 780 vs 760 = 780 go first
move 3 : 640 vs 660 = 660 go first
move 4 : 200 vs 200 = if both have same its back to the skill speed again

and even if move 2-4 have x2-5 more intitive (havnt tested higher) they CANT attack before move 1
