1＃ Go ToIm a f2p, and i can only afford iruka at 3 star with my cupons, and with the 20% discount. My question is: is a good character at 3 stars? Becuase i dont want to spend most of my cupons if is not good at 3 stars. Thanks in advance whoever respond.
