Hello, Matsuri is bugged again (Different then last friday)

I've registered properly and selected my team, however I cannot queue for a fight.

I've tryed refreshing but i'm always getting this System error

Well the event have been over for 50 minutes so.. no

But I experienced the problem for the whole duration of the event
