Tbh she works best with someone that utilizes tag, especially since she has nothing but a ten combo chase. Your only real choices for tag atm are Konan and Hidan. If you use her with Hidan, she is better in ranked than in a normal team since you're not often facing more than 4 people. She is OP when used with Konan though.
