if you really want to use naruto try forming a team with gaara, as gaara will give shield to naruto and his clones in beginning of a fight which might be able to survive 1 round to perform rasen shuriken easily.

Gnw kankuro poison and ignition stack does damage too with fire main. (gaara will shield him too and his puppet)
