You can get Gaara from Black market if you don't want to buy him, but it'll take you a very long time to get 4 stars if that's what you want to do.

The easiest way to get him is from daily recharge. But you can find him from survival and black market also as random 2 star ninja from seal scrolls. Even as f2p he is attainable at 3 stars, will just take a while (he is not worth using at 2 stars).

3 months of buying him from market and getting lucky frags from survival has given me almost 80 frags for him, so u can get him for free if ur patient but it will take time
