  3. What kind/type of solution you tried to use before reporting your problem to us ? : Refreshing for 30 mins or so, and then it works, but 10 minutes later I am dis*nected and am met with the same problem again. Cycle repeats (seemingly) infinitely.
  4. Are you using Mini client or browser ? If both, are you experiencing this problem in both platforms ? : Yes, both.
