Hello ninjas !


Latelly, we have received a lot of reports about login problems. We checked our backstage (several times) but we can't find anything.


Usually, players that are trying to enter specific server meet this problem. For example : If you live in EU but you are trying to enter US server, you might meet this problem. However, problem c*so be your antivirus program or firewalls. We find it weird as much as you do and I can promise you we are still investigating this problem.


.:: How to fix this problem ? ::.

1. Please check if your connection is stable
2. Please check if something is not blocking our game (for example your antivirus program or firewalls)
3. If it is not your connection or antivirus program/firewalls, please use VPN. This should be the final solution for this problem.

If VPN won't fix your problem, please report your problem to us. We need every single information because it will help us to solve this problem.

1. Your server ID :
2. Where do you live ? Time zone is not that important, country is important for us :
3. What kind/type of solution you tried to use before reporting your problem to us ? :.
4. Are you using Mini client or browser ? If both, are you expiriencing this problem in both platforms ? :

    VPN dose work for me but that is not a final solution as you call it. You cant expect your players to use a slow speed VPN just to play the game, VPN is only a temporary fix not a solution.

If you want to report something, make your own screen and don't copy from others.

    VPN is illegal in my country, thus I am not going to use it just to enter servers which were available 3 days ago.
VPN is not illegal in Poland.

Typically, countries with controlling laws such as China or North Korea have outlawed or restricted the use of Virtual Private Networks.

  • It doesn't matter if it's illegal or not, you should not make your players use something they might not be comfortable with, especially when the issue most likely lies with your end.

    Your players might be unfamiliar with such things, and "google it" is not a valid reply to when a player is uncertain in what they should do, this is the "Customer service" section of the forum, either rename it into "Complaints hall (we don't actually help though)" or give customer service.

    There are many things that can go wrong when you try to get a VPN, so many dangers here on the internet, should you really tell your playerbase that has issues, that they should figure it out themselves and running the risk of getting viruses and/or keyloggers and such?

    It's baffling that you dare call it a solution.

    PS. Are you guys gonna adress the issue with Choza? :)

only moderators can delete or move comments.

As I stated in my first comment, I will make sure we will investigate this problem again. But we really can't find anything on our side. I understand frustration of every single player and that is why I am here. VPN is temporarily solution.

Only few players were affected by this problem. From what I know it may be caused by unstable international network connection. That would explain why is only small population of our players affected. But once again, we will investigate this problem.
