Tayuya is great for Strong Approaching, pve and maybe ranked, especially if paired with Kabuto and hidden behind a nice wall but she's too unreliable in live pvp because of the high number of Fire mains that will just reflect the sleep back to your team.

For 9tails you wanna use:

Main Haku (Water Clone)
Suigetsu/Kisame(Use Sai or Guy till you get either) x x
Tenten x x

Haku is much better if he is 3* so work on getting frags for it :P
