in case you dont get what i mean, you already answer your question by yourself.

TENDO NEED 60 CHAKRA TO CAST HIS MYESTERY, therefore he need SM naruto to do action first so you get the extra 20 chakra. in other word, your move 1 ninja cast his/her mystery faster than your friend Tendo because he need additional chakra first.the solution for this problem is move SM naruto to move 1 and tendo to move 2. in round 2 your friend cast rasenshuriken and in round 3 your friend cast chibaku tensei. both mystery have 2 round cooldown IIRC, so your friend can cast it alternatively every round

you assume that im trolling?, anyway ty for the answer i now know what happen there, you need sage naruto first to do his passive to be able to acquire 60 chakra and prompt the mystery of tendo pain in 2nd round?

well i thought you were trolling since you mention tendo can cast his mystery because SM naruto which is the reason he is slow in round 2. ;P

pretty much yes. but if you wait for SM naruto to add chakra in round 2 for tendo, by the time you get the chakra, maybe tendo is already being controled (accupunture or immobile) by enemy.

First of all, his mystery IS NOT PROMPT. Therefore, his mystery counts as a standard attack and will be casted last if someone has higher initiative or has prompt mystery skill. For example, tendo on pos 1 casting his mystery on second round will be beaten by someone using prompt mystery at pos. 4. Before he has prompt mystery which makes him really good, however, he has been nerfed due to that crazyness. Second of all, as you know, he needs 80 minimum chakra to cast it. Q.Q bcz he mystery is not prompt??

To people still wondering:

Pre-2.0: Tendo's mystery was Prompt but required 60(?) chakra to consume and it required one battlefield cooldown. but Post-2.0 Tendo's mystery is no longer Prompt but requires only 80(?) chakra to do so and it doesn't have a battlefield cooldown
