Rares are between 4x10 - 7x10. 60 seems to be the most common.
Super Rares are around 400 pulls.

For the record - you should be shooting for the Sage Treasure, save up for that one. Even if you are low level (20s-30s) you should still save. Sage treasure has only three rares, but all of them are VERY good (maybe not so much orochimaru but he is still really solid in ranked).
