Fire main talents as 2-3-2-2-1
This should give you a stable 10 hit combo , good defense , poison and ignite damage.
You can change lineup as
Karin main X
Sasuke hinata X
X X X

This is to defend sasuke and also make your Fire main move first.

summon - Deer lowFloat to knockdown

Gives a good combo and clones,healing and Interuption.
