I guess I'll go ahead and drop my opinion on this team I've created.
First of my PL is 3606, but thanks to the two taijutu users that my build is centered on, I can take people with 4000.
Now, if you have Guy, you'll know that he gives the entire squad a great buff to attack, and also allows the entire team to leech. This helps him a lot bc he has low defence, always put Guy on the backrow.
If you have Lee, two star or higher, you'll know he starts every battle able to significantly raise his own critical hit ratio and also can attack twice, both are usually quadruple combos of about 200 DMG. That means he does 2000 damage off the bat-- atleast for me at lvl 36, and he leeches for about 400 HP. Everytime Lee hits the enemy, he'll normally be at nigh max health. Combined with his decent Defence he's probably a good low center.
Guy has the Dynamic kick witch basically silences the enemy and hits for HIGH single person damage. He's great for knocking off characters like Kankuro, Garra, and even Chiyo before she can revive someone.
These two must have been meant for use together because they are constantly comboing for each other, like, they never stop, they can even combo after their own jutsu.

Now then, I spec with Scarlet Blaze because of his whopping AoEs that inflict ignition. Ignition makes healers for the othe team pretty useless. I have the ignition talents set up so that Scarlet Blaze will hit for the AoE combos just about after every attack from Lee and Guy, because the taijutsu builds always have huge combos. The best part is that Scarlet Blaze c*so leech too, granted he's a ninjutsu user and not as often. But that's a fine sacrifice considering all I want him for is the ignition spam anyways.
For your final ninja, I recommend a healer just to keep it safe, I have Shizune too, but I don't recommend her, not in this build. I instead use Sakura because she can combo with almost anyone. ESPECIALLY Rock Lee. Not only that, but she leeches and heals everyone. So the team will constantly have nearly max HP with her in it. The only exception I would probably use instead of Sakura is Tsunade. Karin is a great ninja, but she is a healer/ninjutsu mix. Meaning, without many taijutsu hits, she won't get to leech. So you're trading leech and combo power for poison, umm??? Maybe you, but not me.
If you want a rapid fire taijutsu squad, this is my build.
