Trying not to get dragged into the whole "what class is more broken/OP", I'm just going to comment on the picture from the OP:

My gut feeling? The Earth main didn't know what he was doing. That, or the power difference is crazy between the two. With that line up, if the Fire main was running sleep as his standard attack, Gaara would wake the Earth main up each turn with how they are lined up. This means the Earth main should be able to get his moves off in the rounds he wants to. The Fire main's mirror only bounces one debuff, meaning one of the ignites from Kankuro should still be dealing damage each turn. So as long as the Earth main was targeting the Fire main and not Gaara, he should have had no problems winning. The only real downside to the Earth's team is he is running Sakura... who in my opinion is one of the worst healers as her standard heal removes no debuffs. Meaning you are taking your own ignite damage every turn Sakura doesn't have her mystery up.

In my opinion, even with some of the classes being stronger, the only way anyone should win a 2v4 match is if the power difference is crazy, or the person they are facing doesn't know what they are doing (whether that be targeting the wrong ninja, or putting together a team that doesn't combo/work).
