I have the same bug now and i can't registrate for Matsuri event, if this continues we'll miss NIne tails.....

Alot of people are having this problem, for me only the mini client is bugged, the website works.. tried repair still the same.

Nine tails is in progress, I couldn't login for Mitsuri, I can't log in now, they better fix this, it's getting irritating.

So this mihgt sound really weird but it worked for me.Basicly check the currrent URL and delete everything untill you have " naruto.oasgames.com " press enter and press PLAY GAME.Dunno why but this works.
I have tried clearing client cache by game doctor didnt helped have tried installing newest adobe flash player didnt worked but this did.

Check if something is not blocking the game (antivirus program or firewalls).

As I said in my previous comment, please check if something is not blocking our game.
