TIME MATSURI ENDED : Don't know, but earlier than 6:42 for sure (forgot to mention I'm GMT +7, so it would be 7:42 server time)
SCREENSHOT : I registered - really sure since I replaced one ninja from the previous line up - but didn't try to participate until 6:42. Now it only blink a bit before returning to normal UI so no point to screenshoot.
