Can just someone explain how "Resource Recovery " from 'Benefit Hall' works?

When you didn't complete all of your Daily Missions and stuff, there is EXP left. So the next day you c*e either Coins that give you 50% of the EXP or Ingots that give you 100% of the EXP that is listed there.

Okay so I know this thread is a little old, but I am going to ask this here. So if I do all my dailies/bounty missions I shouldn't get to recover any resources? A group member of mine says it lets him do it everyday, yet he claims to do all his dailies/bounties.

I checked it first thing this morning before I did anything and I got "No resources to get back". I am not understanding how this works if what my group member is telling me is true.

he is missing some then or he's talking about member preference which I think under leveled players get
