Don't participate in sage if you are too far behind in level than the rest of the players.
As for "Camping lower levels" That can't be solved as there is no display showing someones level or name in sage world so no one knows who they are attacking.

Also the higher up Groups have members with Titles that aren't Identical to any other so when they enter sage they know what Titles to avoid because they are friends and discussed not attacking each other so if you don't have a Title or it is Identical to other and you aren't in a high group then you are pretty much screwed. ;P

Nothing anyone can do about people not wanting to participate in sage :lol it's not up to Mods or Admins what everyone does. You either sign up yourself or you don't...Simple if you feel like not enough people are participating then you discuss that with your server.
