Biggest thing I would suggest is split the field by Power, not level. I know a few people that are in the low 70's, but have power over that of many level 78's. They get put in with people around their level, and wreck every time. I also know some level 78's/79's that are free to play that are running a good 5k to 10k below the Average of the field I am in every time on Server 2. The other thing I think needs to be fixed is to take off the medals during Sage. I know alot of people target those who don't have a medal since it means they are less likely to have any pay 2 win elements (ninja/mags/refines). I would almost say splitting the players that have medals From those who don't, but if you don't have the numbers on other servers atleast taking away the icon will give free to play members the a chance to hide from those who would hunt them.

I would say it is not just people that want to avoid getting picked on that want to see these changes though. I find my self in the top 50's in power ranking on my server, and I fall right in the middle on sage. Some fights I'm against a person with 10k more power then me and 3 star Chakra Cloak Naruto, other times I'm against a power 5k to 8k below me with a very basic team. I can't say I hate fighting the 10k over me, but it kills Some of the fun. However I feel just as bad when I crush someone so far below me for a couple reasons. I know its not fun for them, to the point most of these teams just run auto most of the time, but the other part of it is the fight is no fun for me.

I know alot of people that simply want to fight on closer to even ground. The Devs can change little things to make it better, like I stated above. Allowing Medals to show puts a target on those with out it. At the same time, splitting the player base by level doesn't mean they are close in power.
